Letter Written to Maryland Senator Ben Cardin

Good Afternoon Mr. Ben Cardin,

The purpose of my letter is to propose to you my idea to post large signs in and around the state of Maryland that focuses and are meant to inspire people. In the United States, especially Maryland, people have lost values, and they have lost what it means to have life.
