1. Are shin-guards required in training?

This depends on the type of training that players or a team chooses. With Speed and Agility , Strength and Conditioning , and Technical , shin-guards are not required due to the fact that there is little to no contact. However, in Attacking , Defending , Goalkeeping , Midfield Play , and All in One , shin-guards are required.


2. How long are the training sessions?

Training sessions are between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending upon the age of the player. 3 year olds will train for 30 minutes, 4-6 year olds will train for 35-45 minutes, 7-8 year olds will train for 45 minutes to 1 hour, and 9 and above will train from anywhere between 1-2 hours. Each player/team can choose between any time frame determinant upon the player/team's age.


3. What is the Team training dress code?

All players/teams are required to wear their practice jerseys, shorts, and socks provided by QuickFeet Soccer Training. Players are not permitted to wear any uniform other than the practice uniform. If a player fails to abide by this rule, then the player will be sent home immediately and will not be allowed to return to practice on that day, No exceptions . Repetition of violations will result in reprimanding based upon coach's discretion.


4. What is the dress code for clinics, personal training, and small group sessions?

All players will receive a QuickFeet Soccer Training t-shirt. All players (regardless of age) must wear black shorts and white socks at each training session. Failure to abide by the dress code will result in a dismissal of the clinic for that day. Players may purchase black shorts and white socks through QuickFeet Soccer Training. (Prices may vary)


5. How do I determine my child's age as to which age group he or she will play in?

Players born after August 1st of their birth year is the determining factor as to which age group your child will play in. (For example: If a player was born on August 2, 1998, then he or she would be eligible to play as a U-7 player. On the other hand, if a player was born July 31, 1998 , then he or she would play U-8. 6. What is the payment schedule like?

Payments are determined in a contract. For each type of training there is a mandatory 40% down payment of the final payment that must be paid prior to the first day of training. Next, each player/team can either pay weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. However, payments must be made prior to the next set of training sessions. Players/Teams will be provided with payment vouchers with there identification numbers on it. Payments must be made on time, otherwise, player(s) or teams may be subject to a discontinued service.
